There is no exchange or return for the item since all products are made to order. The only exception is in cases where there is a mistake from the store, such as an incorrect order or a manufacturing defect on our part. It is a condition to notify us within 12 hours of receiving the order, along with attaching a video showing the problem. We are notified through the store's WhatsApp number.
